Portonovi Marina sits at the entrance of the Bay of Kotor in Kumbor near Herceg Novi, with 120 superyacht berths in the modern marina developed in the 2010s as the second luxury yachting hub of Montenegro after Porto Montenegro. The marina hosts the One&Only Portonovi resort (the brand's first European property) and serves as the western anchor of the Boka Bay megayacht offer, with direct open-sea access (unlike Porto Montenegro at the bay's interior).
The pantry is identical in origin to Porto Montenegro's: Vranac indigenous reds, Krstač whites, Njeguški pršut and Njeguški sir from the mountains above the bay, Lake Skadar freshwater fish, Bay of Kotor mussels and oysters, Adriatic sea fish. Olive oil from the small Bay of Kotor groves. Specialty providers handle full luxury-resort-grade catering for the One&Only and the marina's villa economy, with restaurant-grade preparations alongside the megayacht provisioning standard. HACCP cold chain, kosher, halal and allergen-specific protocols all routine.
Yachting season runs April through October. Portonovi suppliers handle same-day on fresh items and 24 to 48 hours on full provisioning, with direct open-sea access making the marina an efficient charter-start base for the eastern Adriatic and the Mediterranean repositioning routes.
