Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Super Yacht Eats (the “Service”), a premium yacht catering service. In each port we work with a local team that sources, prepares and delivers food — provisioning, private chefs, charter and event catering — to yacht crews and guests. By requesting a quote or using the Service you accept these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and act on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You send a request describing where you are, when you need it and what you need — provisioning, a private chef, charter or event catering, fine goods or special diets. No account is required. We build a quote around your port, your guests, your menu and your delivery point, and the local team in that port sources, prepares and delivers the order.

Every quote is built per request, based on the port, the number of guests, the menu and the delivery point. There is no subscription and no obligation: a quote is an offer you are free to accept or decline. Prices are confirmed on the quote before you commit, and any change you request is re-quoted before it is prepared.

When you accept a quote, you deal directly with the local team who prepare and deliver your order, using the payment method indicated on the quote. Invoicing, taxes and any post-delivery obligations sit with the local team fulfilling the order. Super Yacht Eats coordinates the request and stands behind the standard of service in each port.

You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; (b) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm anyone; (c) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service; (d) scrape, copy, or re-use the Service’s content for commercial purposes; (e) use the Service in any way that breaches applicable law.

We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these Terms, repeated complaints, fraud, or any conduct that puts other users at risk. We aim to give notice where reasonable. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your request details, lists, documents and photos). You grant Super Yacht Eats a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and use that content for the purpose of preparing your quote and arranging delivery. You must have the right to grant this licence.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled exactly as specified in every port or at every notice period. We choose the local teams we work with carefully, but availability of produce, weather and berth access can affect an order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Yacht Eats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product banner. Continued use of the Service after the announcement constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved by direct dialogue with contact@superyachteats.com. Failing amicable resolution, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France, except where consumer-protection rules grant a different forum.
