Trust & Safety

How we keep every delivery honest.

Crews trust us to put the right local team behind every order, and to stand behind the food that arrives. Here's how we earn it.

Every local team is chosen with care

Before we open a port, we choose the local team who will source, cook and deliver there: their kitchen, their references, the markets and fishermen they buy from, the standards they hold. We work with people we can stand behind, and we stop working with anyone who does not deliver on the promise.

We source where the good produce is

Every port has its own markets, fishermen, growers and cellars. Our local team buys where the produce is good that morning, not from a central warehouse. Fresh, in season, and prepared the same day — that is what ultra local means, and it is the whole point.

Standards you can taste

The teams we work with keep proper food-safety and cold-chain standards from market to berth, and prepare in real kitchens. Special diets and allergies are handled seriously — gluten-free, vegan, halal, kosher and more — because on the water there is no room for a mistake.

One quote, no hidden cut

Each request is priced around your port, your guests, your menu and your delivery point. We build the quote and our local team delivers against it. No subscription, no account, no obligation, and no games with the number — the quote is the quote.

If something is wrong, we make it right

If an order does not arrive as agreed, tell us. We work with the local team to put it right quickly, and we keep track of how every port performs. Repeated problems mean we change the team in that port. We err on the side of protecting the crew.

Your data stays yours

We store the minimum needed to build your quote and arrange delivery. Payment data lives at our providers — we never see card numbers. Requests are stored encrypted at rest. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. RGPD-compliant by design.

Security in plain language

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Every database access is audited. Passwords are hashed (we recommend magic links anyway). Two-factor authentication is on the roadmap. We follow standard SaaS security practices and we'll keep this page updated as our posture matures.
